Rob James has been on the DJ circuit for 11 years and is currently enjoying success on the International and UK circuit. After purchasing Technics Turntables 11 years ago he wasted no time on developing his skills and pursuing work as a DJ.
Within 6 months of laying his hands on the wheels of steel, Rob had acheived more than most with his first gig in the Light Bar, Wolverhampton, playing to a 1000 capacity audience. Nerves played a major part in this night, but as the pressure mounted Rob rose to the occasion, and the night went off with a bang !!!
From then on there was no looking back. Rob continued to play in bigger and better venues along side the world's top DJ's and promoters. After a two year residency with 'Decadence' in the UK and Ibiza, playing at one of the most prestigious clubs in Europe, El Divino, and UK's premier club Bakers, he felt it was time to move on from his 'Decadence' residency, though he did continue to play guest spots.
During late 2000, after a successful summer in the sun Rob flew straight from Cyprus to South Africa to do 'The Garden Of Eden Tour', which lasted 12 weeks playing at South Africa's most Exclusive venues including Stone Water, People,
All Bar Non, Love Parade and Skylite Lounge in Johannesburg, All Bar Non, 96 Degrees, Baseline and The Fez in Cape town, Indigo in Port Elizabeth, 330 in Durban, Cloud Nine in Umslanga Rocks, Evolution in Pretoria, Bump in East London and Bora Bora in Muzenberg.
During 2000-2001, Rob played various guest spots at some of the finest venues on the planet in New York, earning him overage in non other than Time Out
magazine !!! These included Float, Sound Factory, Cheetah, Lush, Thirteen and
The Hamptons.
After a 3 month residency in New York he took of to Cyprus to do the DJ circuit on this magical Island playing at all the best venues including: Castle club, Rise – Miss Moneypenny’s, Gas, Mythology, Ice Ku and Vogue in Larnica. Following the success of last year’s tour, Rob then returned to South Africa.
2002 saw Rob once again performing to crowds all over the world with his regular guest spots in the UK at Dusted, Miss Moneypenny’s and Hustler, in Cyprus with his weekly resident for Miss Moneypenny’s and weekly resident for Vogue Club.
2003-Present.
Rob has been working on remixes of Underworlds Born Slippy and Lisa Lisa’s let the beat hit em soon to be released !!! Also Rob has been co promoting Fakin the Funk and more recently Funk’d events where various venues are used to put on a shindig like no other with the worlds best DJs and funky crowds these are parties not to be missed !!!
Rob is a firm believer in judging a crowd and playing accordingly. His musical tastes are varied and the style he play's is for the club and for the people who matter, the clubbers. Often leaving the crowd exasperated, sweaty and gagging for more !!!
He has never played at a venue and not been asked back to perform, which say's something for the style & passion that he puts into his bouncy & funky sets.
He has worked with names such as Jeremy Healy, Alistair Whitehead, Farley Jackmaster Funk, Al McKenzie, Rhythm Masters, Graham Park, Alex P, Brandon Block, Daniel Davoli, Mr C, Junior Vasquez, Carl Cox, Paul Oakenfold, Sasha and Digweed and many more. He is currently in the studio working on tracks soon to be released. Rob's email is rob@allfunkdup.com

Allister Whitehead first started DJing at the tender age seventeen and quickly came through the ranks to play regular guest spots at seminal clubs such as The Hacienda in Manchester, The Garage in Nottingham, Ministry Of Sound in London and eventually at Cream in Liverpool where his repuation was cemented as one the best DJs in the UK.
However it was Allister's mixes for The Fantazia Compilations that cattapulted him into the dance music history books and to the top of the UK album charts. Since then Allister has remixed some of the worlds biggest artists and toured all over the globe playing his brand of house music that's still sort after today. Allister had great success with releases on Mak Knight's famed Toolroom Record label and as a result is now developing two new Dance labels of his own which showcase not only his talent but up and coming artists too, as well as some of the legends that have defined dance music with their remix work and productions. Look forward to seeing the first releases later in 2009.

Brandons' success and infectious personality lead to a stream of fantastic opportunities throughout the entire music industry. The highlights of this include, hosting one of the highest rated radios shows on Kiss FM (+ spin off compilations albums!); His own show on MTV, Blockos Bits on Rapture TV and a number 3 charting hit under his Blockster moniker with You should be Dancin. Brandon has also made numerous other TV appearances including Celebrity Fear Factor and Celebrity Extreme Detox.also more recently, Celebrity scissor Hands for Children in Need, also trust me I’m a holiday Rep.
Brandon is infamous for his party spirit but in equal measure his ability to capture that spirit in his DJ sets. Though Brandon has become more discerning over the years, the raw energy his DJ sets bring to a dance-floor remains. Musically Brandon has a wealth of experience and is a staunch champion of the funkier end of house. His continued success means Brandon Block is still one of the UK’s most sought after DJs with his diary generally full up to 6 months in advance!
In addition to his DJ work Brandon has launched his own specialist international travel DJ bag, The Blox Box and has recently co-produced a record (Don’t You Feel Like Love) with one of the UK’s hottest house music acts, The Hoxton Whores. Add this all together and it is easy to see why Brandon Block is a true celebrated dance music icon and has clearly no plans to rest on his laurels. To date Brandon still does his annual migration to Ibiza, where he also has involvement in Linekers bar San Antonio. Roll on The Next 20 years.
